HMPSSING USD and IMAJI UGM Build Connections Through Study Visit

HMPSSING USD welcomed IMAJI UGM for a study visit held on April 26, 2026 at Ruang Koendjono. The event served as a space for both student associations to learn from one another through discussions about division programs and the overall management of their respective cabinets.

The program officially opened with a welcoming speech from Ma’am Epata Puji Astuti, S.S., M.A., the Vice Head of the English Letters, followed by speeches delivered by the representatives of both student associations. The event continued with IMAJI and HMPSSING taking turns introducing their organizations, explaining how each division operates, and sharing the goals and implementation of their work programs.


After the presentation of each organization’s work programs, participants joined a Question and Answer session, where members shared their perspectives about event planning, division programs and challenges faced within each organization. The discussion then continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), a session in which participants gathered based on their divisions to discuss more about their projects and experiences.

Moreover, the event also included games and bonding activities that created a lively and friendly atmosphere among participants. The study visit concluded with a symbolic plaque exchange, followed by a documentation session and collaborative content creation as a way to commemorate the visit and strengthen the connection between HMPSSING USD and IMAJI UGM.
