Cerfus Sasing USD Wins 3rd Place in the 2025 Letters League
Cerfus, the English Letters student futsal community at Sanata Dharma University, earned an impressive third place finish in the 2025 Letters League held on November 21–22, 2025. The tournament featured strong competition between teams from theIndonesian Literature, History, and English Letters study programs, creating a dynamic and exciting atmosphere for both players and supporters.
Formed in May 2025, Cerfus has quickly become a platform for teamwork, academic connection, and studentinvolvement across multiple cohorts. The team represents a growing spirit of participation within the English Letters program, offering students a space to challenge themselves outside of the classroom and strengthen friendships through shared goals.
During the tournament, Cerfus showcased strong coordination, discipline, and strategic play, which allowed them to stand out among the competing teams. The players demonstrated consistency in defense, creativity in attack, and remarkable determination throughout every match. This performance earned admiration from both opponents and audience members, proving the potential of Cerfus as a rising futsal organization.
The result also highlights the unity and collaboration within the English Letters community. Students from different batches worked together withcommitment and confidence, supporting one another both on and off the field. This achievement not only reflects sporting success, but also the dedication and motivation carried by English Letters students as representatives of their program.
