MIBA and UKPS Monthly Meeting

On Monday, 28th of February, 2026, MIBA (Minat dan Bakat) held its annual monthly meeting with UKPS at Sanata Dharma University, in the Literature Building, 3rd floor, room 302. The meeting aimed to evaluate last month's UKPS activities and to plan upcoming academic and student activities for the next couple of months.
The meeting was attended by the HMPS head council, HMPS Student Resource Development division (PSDM), HMPS Interest and Talents division (MIBA), and the heads of each UKPS unit. This session officially began at 7.00 pm. During the session, each UKPS head presented what their activity unit had carried out over the last couple of months, as well as what their plans are for the coming month. They also shared what challenges they are facing while preparing for their programs. According to the reports, the last few months of UKPS activity was carry out smoothly with minimal to no significant issues.

In addition to the evaluation, the session also talked about what each of the UKPS plans for the next couple of months and what challenges they are facing in preparation for their plans. Fortunately, aside from time-management issues, there were no major difficulties that could hinder their activity. The meeting concluded at 8.00 pm, closed with a group photo session. Through this meeting, MIBA hopes to strengthen coordination, improve communication, and build greater trust between MIBA and UKPS. The next meeting is scheduled for late March, where progress on the newly planned activities will be reviewed. (Pavel)
