REALLY Seminar 2026 Inspires Students to Build Self-Branding and Seize Opportunities
REALLY Seminar 2026, organized by the Human Resources HMPSSING, was successfully held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, bringing together young participants eager to shape their future careers by transforming their skills into real opportunities.
Carrying the theme “Shaping Your Future, Turning Skills into Opportunities,” the seminar aimed to inspire attendees with practical insights from experienced speakers. The seminar welcomed Maharani Divaningtyas, known as Puteri Indonesia Innovation and Technology & DIY 2025, as the first session speaker, followed by business matcha owners Neo and Kristin in the second session.

During her session, Maharani Divaningtyas emphasized the importance of self-branding and public speaking in today’s competitive world. She shared that there was no smooth or easy path in becoming who she is today. Instead, her journey was filled with challenges and setbacks. However, she reassured participants that such struggles are part of the process, stating that it is precisely those experiences that shaped her growth and identity.
In the second session, Neo and Kristin, owners of Meowtcha Slowbar, discussed their entrepreneurial experiences, from starting their small business to overcoming challenges in maintaining and growing it.

The seminar attracted more than 60 participants, including students from the English Letters Department and general public who were enthusiastic about learning how to develop their potential. Through interactive discussions and real-life storytelling, participants gained valuable perspectives on how to turn their skills into tangible opportunities.
“Oh it was so fun, great speakers, I’ve got lunch, keychain, this is definitely the most worth-it seminar I’ve ever attended” said Kall, one of the general participants, expressing appreciation for the event.
Overall, REALLY Seminar 2026 successfully provided a platform for knowledge-sharing and motivation, encouraging participants to take actionable steps toward their future goals. (Liana) back
