Elcomfest 2016: TOEFL-LIKE Test
On Sunday, March 6th 2016, TOEFL-LIKE TEST was held in Lembaga Bahasa Universitas Sanata Dharma. Test of English as a Foreign Language, best known as TOEFL, is a standardized test to measure the English language ability of non-native speakers. In cooperation with Lembaga Bahasa Universitas Sanata Dharma, an annual English Letters Department's event ELCOMFEST 2016 commenced its series of events for public. There were 64 participants in this test.
The test, which was a part of ELCOMFEST 2016's events, was started at 9am until 12pm.
Risang Baskara and his team started it off with some tips about having TOEFL tests. The TOEFL-LIKE TEST began with listening comprehension, structure comprehension and ended the day with reading comprehension. On this trial, the participants were challenged to see how great their English skills are. By seeing the result that will be given in the next week, participants will understand their skill and prepare for their upcoming TOEFL. (gita)
