February´s Thesis Defence
Eleven students of the English Language Studies or Kajian Bahasa Inggris (KBI) of Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta have been scheduled to defend their master's theses in February, more precisely starting on Friday 20 February and ending on Friday 27 February 2015. The third or last examinee for Friday 20 February was Jonathan Irene Sartika Dewi M or Irene for short, whose student number is 12 6323 011. Irene has successfully defended her thesis entitled Critical Discourse Analysis of Ideology and Power in Obama's First and Second Inaugural Addresses. The other 10 examinees are Paulina Erawati Paramita, Lesly Narwasti Ndun, Karman, Anjar Dwi Astuti, Irianto Yedijah Petrus Awom, Ika Daru Retnowati, Gisela Swara Gita Andika, Ratna Wijaya, Gregoria Mayang Dwiandhesti and Jacobus Yuli Triastadi.
