The English Education Department at Universitas Sanata Dharma has successfully implemented the Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) program, which offers students hands-on experience in both school environments and learning management at junior high schools, vocational schools, and senior high schools across Yogyakarta and Klaten.
 
Through this program, students gain deeper insights into the dynamics of school life and the responsibilities that come with being a teacher. This experience is enhanced by guidance from both faculty members and mentor teachers following classroom observations, aimed at improving their teaching competencies.
 
At the conclusion of the program, participants presented the annual Dialogue magazine to partner schools as a token of appreciation. The schools involved in this initiative include:
