Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management" (http://www.aiesec.or.id/students). By the way, what will Dian do in Taiwan? Let's find out below.

Question one: What are your plans in Taiwan?

Answer one: There are four major activities in Earth Passenger-Eastern Childlike Beauty project in  AIESEC Cheng Chi University, TAIWAN which I will do. The first activity is, I will teach the aboriginal children English that they can use in the life and accompany them to read in the tribe in Hualien. I also will show my talent in drama and dancing. The second activity is, I will share Indonesian cultures to the children. For instance, telling them the philosophy of the traditional clothes of some places in Indonesia especially Bali and Yogyakarta and playing traditional games from Indonesia. The third activity is, I will become the team supporter of the camp that Shin-Shun Organization will hold. The camp is the drama camp and little cook camp. In this occasion I will cook one of Indonesian cuisine. In the end of this project,I should write an article and make a video to record the activities in Taiwan and upload them onto AIESEC blog and YouTube.

Question two: Sounds exciting and challenging, Dian. How long is the project and what other activities will you do?

Answer two: During the activities about 6 weeks, I will experience the local and cultural activities in Hualien with the aboriginal children, for example, stream tracing, whale watching, rowing a boat, daylily season and aborigines’ festivities. Moreover, when I become a teacher these experiences will help me to understand the diversity. I can help the student to realize  the beauty of diversity and help them to open their mind about other cultures and characteristics of people in different places.
