On Thursday and Friday 16 and 17 June 2016, the Institute of Research and Community Services or Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPPM) of Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta organized a workshop on publishing articles in Scopus-indexed journals and a journal article writing competition for academic staff members. The workshop was attended by approximately 70 participants and facilitated by Prof Edy Soewono, of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). It was also reported that the competition attracted 35 article proposals; 20 of them will be selected to be funded and announced in August 2016.
