MPBI Sharing Moment Brings Lecturers and Students Together to Strengthen the Spirit of MPBI Family

The Master’s Program in English Language Education (MPBI), Universitas Sanata Dharma, held a Sharing Moment on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM at Pendopo PGSD, Universitas Sanata Dharma, Yogyakarta. The gathering brought together lecturers, students from Cohort 25, and newly enrolled students from Cohort 26 in an effort to strengthen relationships, encourage open communication, and nurture a stronger sense of belonging within the MPBI community.

Sharing Moment was organized as a space for members of the MPBI community to connect beyond formal academic activities. Its main purpose was to create opportunities for lecturers and students to interact more closely, exchange experiences, share perspectives, and build mutual understanding in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The gathering also aimed to bridge connections between different cohorts, allowing students to learn from one another and develop a sense of solidarity throughout their academic journey.

For the newly enrolled students of Cohort 26, the event offered an opportunity to become more familiar with the lecturers, senior students, and the broader MPBI community. It also provided a welcoming environment for them to establish initial connections and become part of the MPBI Family. Meanwhile, Cohort 25 had the opportunity to share their experiences and strengthen their connections with the incoming generation. The involvement of lecturers further highlighted the importance of maintaining approachable and supportive relationships between students and the academic community.

Beyond its role as a social gathering, Sharing Moment reflected MPBI's commitment to fostering a supportive academic environment where communication and personal connections are valued alongside academic development.
