Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources management.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HR team members and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Prepare HR reports, including recruitment, employee development, training, payroll, and industrial relations.
• Manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations, compliance, and administration.
